This policy is a legally binding agreement between you (and your client, employer or another entity if you are acting on their behalf) as the user of the Services (referred to as “you” or “your”) and Mr Guidee. (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us” or “MR GUIDEE”). If we add any new features or tools to our Services, they will also be subject to this policy. 

We will keep your Personal Information accurate, complete and up-to-date with the information that you provide to us. If you request access to your Personal Information, we will inform you of the existence, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as allowed by law, and provide you access to that information.

When we use the term “Personal Information” in this policy, it means any information related to an identifiable individual, but does not include the name, title, business address, or telephone number of an employee of an organization.

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, company name, email address, mailing address or other details to help you with your experience.

We may also collect IP information to better process your orders and/or resolve potential disputes.

We may also collect personal details upon completing the sign-up process for our Vendor System, and thus creating a Vendor account on your behalf. If you sign-up for a Vendor Account, we may collect information like your first/last name, physical address, zip/postal code, country/state/city, email address, business type (if applicable), business ID number (if applicable), date of birth, payment information (such as your PayPal email-address), and tax information (such as VAT/SSN/TAX ID).

  • We need this information to create a Vendor account for you, to provide you with the Vendor System services, including fraud and risk monitoring, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • We may also use your personal information in other cases where you have given us express permission.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, use our commenting system, fill out a form or enter information on our site.

We may also collect information when you’ve connected and authorized your Facebook account with our Services.

In the event that you wish to permit or make payments for products or services that are displayed on our site, you will be required to provide us with certain information, including but not limited to Credit Card information. This information is securely transmitted over secure networks and will not be stored on our servers. You concur that all information that you enter on our site will be precise and current. You concur that the information you enter is yours and that you have the authorization to use this information for payments made on Mr Guidee. You consent to pay all charges caused by approved sales. In order to make transactions faster and more efficient for customers, Credit Card tokens (not your Credit Card information) will be stored in a secure file within your account and will be availabe whenever you want to make a purchase. You can view and alter your personal information on your account dashboard where you can also delete Credit Card token(s) that are associated with your account.

In the case of any inaccurate information or fraudulent information being submitted or used on our site, Mr Guidee or any of its subsidiaries, employees, partners or affiliates will not be held accountable for any harm that you incur. We use Stripe/PayPal as our standard payment methods for processing payments on Mr Guidee. Every payment process that is initiated with Stripe/PayPal must abide by their policies which can be found here and here.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

To personalize user’s experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

How do we protect visitor information?

We use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning in accordance with PCI standards. We use regular malware scanning as well in order to ensure your safety while browsing our website.
